Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for your convenience.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Graceful Home Touch purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • All tags and protective coverings must be intact
  • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt must be included

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • All Bedding products (including duvets, pillowcases, and children’s bedding)
  • Duvet covers (including Egyptian cotton and children’s duvet covers)
  • Cot bed & pram sheets

Exceptions are made only for faulty items or products not as described.

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return your items:

  1. Request Authorization: Email our customer care at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags and protective materials.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Portsmouth studio using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly state in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify your preferred replacement item
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product:
