At Graceful Home Touch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium home décor purchases. If for any reason you’re not happy with your artificial botanicals, luxury bedding, or elegant accessories, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • All tags and protective coverings must remain intact
  • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt must be included

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Bedding, Duvets, Pillowcases, and Children’s Bedding unless the items are faulty or not as described. This includes our Egyptian cotton duvet covers, children’s duvet covers, and cot bed sheets.

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return your items:

  1. Request Authorization: Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of receiving your order. Please use the template below.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and protective materials.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Portsmouth studio using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
  5. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly state in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify your preferred replacement item
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item or incorrect product
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item using a prepaid shipping label
