Your delicate items (like artificial orchid arrangements or cushion covers) are packaged with special care. Artificial plants are boxed to maintain their shape, while fabrics are protected against moisture. Each parcel is personally checked by our Portsmouth-based team before dispatch.

Yes! You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your parcel begins its journey. For time-sensitive décor refreshes, we recommend selecting Standard Shipping for quicker delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Who pays for return shipping?
